right size smoothies

By Anonymous - on Nov 26, 2009

I hear about right size smoothies all the time and I found some information that I thought some might find interesting.

Right size smothies

two of the main ingredients are 50mg caffeine and Guarana (a caffeine containing plant that shows up frequently in weight loss products)

To get an idea what 50mg caffeine is equivelent to, here is a list of drinks which contain caffeine.

As with any diet always consult a doctor.

About Let's Talk Diet's

How many of you out there (men and women) have tried every diet out there and lose a few pounds and then it stops?  That is the story of my life.  I am 47 years old and have battled my weight all my life.  With the start of a new job last Oct 08 I was on my feet 8 hrs a day walking up and and down a hallway and notice that I was getting stronger and feeling better had a little more energy and started to notice my clothes getting lose.  The Holidays where fast approaching and I know it was not a good time to really start a life style change.  Holidays came and went.  In Feb 09 I wrote down my weight and started my new diet or as I would like to call it a life style change!  It has been 2 months going on 3 and I have lost 35 pounds and feel great.

If any one is out there who would like to know how I finally started losing weight let me know and I can tell you how I did it.

Comment on: Gastric Bypass

Remember as well if you do have surgery to get as much exercise as possible. The weight comes off so fast that literally things start hanging. Nothing crazy in the beginning, remember walking helps. Consult with your doctor post surgery to see what your limitations are.

Also the negative side is that any surgery to remove excess fat is considered cosmetic and is not covered by any public or private insurance.

Just things to consider...

Gastric Bypass

By PhoenixF1re - on Aug 27, 2008

I have come across a lot of people seeking money for Gastric Bypass or Lap Band surgery. As a recipient of this surgery, please let me put it straight and not sugar coat it.

At my time of surgery in December of 2004, I weighed 315lbs. I had heart problems, was pre-diabetic and couldn't walk without gasping for air. I was unemployed at the time but luckily I still had the insurance from my previous job that was covered by COBRA payments they made for me as part of my severence package.

It was not easy. I almost died. I got an infection in February of 2005 that literally had me with a draining tube sticking out of my stomach for 6 months to clean out the infection.

But now it's August 2008 and I can say, that now I am at 130lbs. I still can not eat certain things, but health wise I get very tired because of the Anemia. I take my viatmins & B12 religiously, because if not I will collapse.

Lab band patients make sure you eat correctly, because the weight will come back trust me. That's why I had full on Gastric Bypass, I know myself. But even with that, you can gain the weight back. I eat foods that I like but once I'm full (and believe me you'll know..it feels horrible). I don't eat. I eat small meals throughout the day.

As for funding I know that Medicaid is now covering the surgery so long as you are 100 lbs and over in weight, tried other diet / weight loss programs for a period of 6 months and have undergone psychiatric evaluation. Check your state medicaid eligibilty and if they offer it and make sure you know what you are getting yourself into. Research, make sure you have the time to recover (i.e if you are working will it interfere, children, etc) and resources available to get by. It's not easy..

Hi I found a way to make money online and i want more people to know about it. There are literally 100s of freebie sites out there all offering consumers the chance to earn free products A user signs up at a freebie site, and needs to complete a "sponsor offer". These are usually some type of a trial or other no-obligation offer from a large company such as AOL, Blockbuster, NetFlix, Video Professor, etc. Some of the offers are completely free, but oftentimes the user must pay a small shipping and handling or other fee. Then the user must refer a handful of friends to the site who do the same thing. these promos are absolutely legit. They are not "scams" As part of their promotions they introduce consumers to various advertisers' products and services, and in return they are paid a commission for each new "lead" they generate. This is how they make money and can afford to give away free products and still make a profit for themselves. Some of them actually make quite a bit of money. For example, they might earn $50 each time they refer a new user to AOL even though the user only signed up for a free trial and didn't pay anything at all. I started about 4 months ago on this site ( http://treatsforyou.com) and i have earned enough to pay my bills. It is not big bucks, but enough. You can make about $60 a day. All you have to do is be a referral and complete offers. The best thing about this site is that you don't need your credit card to complete those offers. So that means you spend NOTHING BUT GET PAID IN RETURN. Once you have complete the offers and received credits for it, you get paid through paypal.. If you need more infomations, you can: Email: djeumoe@yahoo.com, djeumoe@hotmail.com, rijoh2003@gmail.com AIM ( lizyjones). Thank You Have a great day. ps: take a look at this site and decide for yourself. http://treatsforyou.com

need help to lose weight

I am in need of some financial help to pay for one of the diet programs that people seem to have success on. I want to try nutrisystem, but can't afford it. It's about 300 dollars a month. I am an insulin dependent diabetic. My diabetes is well controlled, but unfortunately all the insulin I have to take to acheive that has made me gain so much weight. I am thankful that right now my medical needs are taken care of and I have insurance to cover my numerous prescriptions, but insurance will not pay for the diet program which I believe could really help me. I have lost some weight using the medifast program but it just got too expensive for me. I would really like to try nutrisystem. I work full time on my feet all day and in quite a bit of pain with knee problems, and plantar fascitis in my foot. I still believe in working though. I always have. I try my best. I weigh about 250 pounds at 5'3". Lately my arms are going to sleep at night from something. Not sure why, but I feel it must be related to the excess weight, because it didn't happen before when I was thinner. Could somebody possibly help me, and donate the 300 a month I need to get nutrisystem? I would be so thankful if someone could help me.
